Switch to FNB

I've been trying to switch to FNB, the service is terrible, debit order switching has been going since I started, the document requests are never ending, even though I handed everything over on delivery and emailed, the document requirements are unclear and not consistent (e.g. when speaking to employees an IRP5 is accepted but refused on submission), the account was frozen even though some of my debit orders where switched, I've had to do most of the debit order switching myself. I still don't have my credit card, meaning I will be paying double the bank costs this month (FNB and my old ABSA account).
