Switch from premier to fusion, then reverted back to Premier account

Very happy with the service received from FNB Premier division’s Lerato Nashoene. She escalated my request when everybody else was saying that it is against policy. Anything is possible when you have your customers interest at heart and are willing to listen. Thank you Lerato!
