Switch Bond Nightmare

Good day,I've been in the process of switching my bond for more than a month to FNB,the reason for the delay is because FNB keeps rejecting my application because or a building insurance policy for an estate,the issue is,there's 300 houses in the estate and more than half of them are financed by fnb and the same building insurance policy was submitted by those residents,why am I the only one being unfairly treated?don't recommend switching your bond to FNB,rather stick to other banks
