Swipe card honoured for R32 transaction bill R145

Card was swiped for R32 and there was already insufficient funds(NO NOTIFICATION) in the account and it was honoured by the bank, now I am charged R145 for the transaction as between the merchant and the bank there is a \floor limit\" that nobody seems to know about so the transaction is basically forced to go through and when the merchant does their \"banking\" you pay R145 honouring fee. Now this was done 4 times before it was even picked up!!! R580 later for nothing!!!! <br> THANKS FNB, \"HOW CAN WE HELP YOU\" into S*!T!!!<br> <br> This is the last straw now!!!!"
