Iemand steel geld

Good day Petrus Jacobs,

Thank you for your posting,

I acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I have noticed that FNB had provided you with a Cheque and Debit Card Dispute Form which has to be completed and emailed with all correspondence (declined slips) to the address on the form.

The process is that the Disputes department will liaise with the merchant concerned to establish what happened. Please note that not all merchants are FNB merchants therefore the turn around time is 10 day.

Once a response had been received from the merchant the authorisation would be released and the funds would be credited to the account or if more information is required this will be requested from the client.

Hope the above sheds light on the Debit Card Dispute process.

Regards,

Hello Peter Complaints Team
