Swimming pool insurance claim in its 7th week

Very simple, I have been a fnb customer since bob t days, between business, homeloans and personal accounts, I have always supported them so took out insurance aswell. I have a leaking pool that I have put in a claim on, this process is now in the 7th week and we still are no closer to sorting this out than day 1. <br> <br> Extremely frustrated as the service is shocking, I have to constantly chase them up and am bearing the cost of refilling this pool constantly..<br> <br> Sad, and this may mean I will pull all of our accounts and family accounts from this bank, around 10+ accounts and we use private banking which doesn't mean to make a difference in this case
