SWIFT transfers not working, FNB of no help

Unable to receive SWIFT transfers. Private banking, but there is nothing personal about the experience. Forced to use the chat app for communication, but it disconnects every 3 minutes and you have to start the process all over with a new advisor.

If it wasn't so painful switching banks I would be long gone.

Top tip, if you want support from FNB, log a ticket with Hello Peter, as this appears to be the only way you can actually get to speak to a human being.
