Swastika knows her stuff

I went to the branch in Cresta to get certified copies of my bank statements and a letter confirming that I have an account there. I was met by Swastika at the door, without having to stand in any queue. She showed me how to get the statements from their online banking machines and helped me print them and stamped them and even let me answer a call while she was waiting for me. Super friendly but more importantly super efficient and helpful!
