Swallowed card at ATM and money withdrawn

On Saturday 3rd June I inserted my card and keyed in my pin. Within a second my phone was reporting that money was being withdrawn whereas no money was not coming out of the machine and my card already stuck. My card was swallowed. Helpless as I was as it was my last money I ran to Thohoyandou Mutsindo branch to cancel my card. I called the FNB ***** line they gave me this ***. I would like my money to be reversed. Could you pls help me, I don't have any money to survive now and I am desperate.
