Suspicious transaction

I am so disappointed with First National Bank my money is not safe at all, on the 12th May there were 3 transaction that went off and it's even a debit order and the reference it's POD CAST something when I engage with one of the consultant no one knows all they tell me is to log a dispute, what ****es me off is that how can money go off my account without trace? 3 transaction. All I want is my money back, I won't be ****med and let it slide.
