Suspense Account

I opened a new FNB account, very pleased with how quick it went, just to find out 2 weeks later my account is on hold due to FICA......conveniently all this was done on payday (28/03/2019). My funds were transferred but obviously never reflected due to it being on hold, I sent in necessary info and my account is now verified (02/04/2019) but my salary is still not reflecting. This is a huge problem because I would assume my funds are now in a suspense account and after some Googling, this seems to be a regular problem with FNB not releasing from the suspense account when all discrepancies have been cleared.
