Suspended services

My issue still hasn't been resolved. This is very frustrating as for over a year my ewallet services have been blocked and when I phone them they cannot assist me. I put it up I hellopeter about a month ago and received a call from fnb saying the relavent department will contact me to sort out my problem within 24-48 hours but no follow up has ever been done...
