Suspended Business Account

I have received the most unsatisfactory service from FNB ***** department even though I've been very cooperative ever since they had restricted my account on the 23rd December 2024. I've been sent from pillar to post with no progress update on the matter neither have I been contacted or involved in the investigation process for my side of the story. At this moment I can't even transact on this business account from December.
