Suspected ********** Activities on my FNB profile

It has come to my attention that my FNB credit applications keeps on being declined due to mis payments of the following accounts: Rage Railway Furniture Wesbank According to my knowledge I don't have Accounts with any of the above SP. I was advised by Busisiwe at application department to send my credit report showing that I don't have an account with the SPs in question. I suspect some ********** activities since it's only FNB who has this information and I therefore I would like this matter to be investigated further asap. Why are you guys proving us feedback based on the incorrect information? Did your credit department even bother to verify this information? Clearly our information is not safe with FNB. You can see that the information is not even reflecting on Credit bureaus but you still continue basing your outcome on the ********** information. Honestly am losing trust on you guys because as it is I am failing to understand as to where did you get this information from? It's only Fnb who's picking up these accounts, should I get worried? Can someone take accountability and investigate this matter?
