Suspected ***** by ***** Team

I was refunded R24000 while I was supposed to be refunded R1500 by FNB and all this while I was expecting a R24000 from elsewhere. I was then contacted by Thabo Lepepe and said that they made a mistake and I than acknowledge that I had used this money as I thought I was from where I was expecting it from. Now I than asked to pay the money back in instalments and he refused and said that he doesn't care where I get the money from but I should pay it in full. I than agreed and asked for banking details. He never sent them, and the almost 3 weeks later I get a call from a lawyer saying that FNB wants me to R3800 per month. I told them I can only afford R3000.

I didnt get the lawyers name but had the contact number that he called me from saved. I than contacted the company looking for this person. When I was asked for my details, my information was not found on the system. So I let it go and waited until I was re-contacted. The person that contacted me is Roger G*****.

A contract was sent and I signed it. I than contacted the company again to check that my details were then updated on the system and the same thing came up. My information was not on the system. I than confirmed the banking details on this contract that I had signed and was told that they do not belong to the company.

2 weeks later i get my signed copy after asking for 2 weeks for it. The contract came on 25/02/2022 and a request for POP . I than told Roger that I want to make an enquiry with FNB about this contract. From 28/02/2022 Roger has been calling my nonstop asking for the payment until Saturday morning. Now I have dealt with lawyers before and they have never contacted me personally and also especially on the first month of non payment. This then made it extra suspicious.

The company that the contract comes from as per " calls and signature" is G***** KANNIEAPPAN INC

I have no issue with paying this but I am not comfortable as I feel that these guys are busy with something shady. I need clearance from FNB directly and I want to be able to contact G***** KANNIEAPPAN INC as the selected law firm that has my account and be able to be given proper responses. Right of now, noone can pull up my information and this doesn't sit right with me.
