Surprisingly good service - Well Done FNB

I was delightfully surprised a few days ago, when I received my Car Licence Disc, which was delivered to me with no issue, on time, thanks to FNB.

Now I've been with FNB my whole life, and despite the many ups and downs with them, I've always been happy with their service.

But when I decided to to renew my Car Licence, through FNB, as the Traffic Department let down myself, and a lot of other people I know, who were trying to renew our licences as we usually do, I thought that just like everyone else, that they would either let me down, that there would be delays or there would be a mess up some where a long the line.

However to my surprise, everything went smoothly, there was a bit of a delay, regarding the Proof of Address Documents that I sent through, despite confirming everything with FNB customer service/Chat, but all in all, they updated me every step of the journey, and notified me when the Car Licence Disk was delivered, even though my wife had taken receipt of it, as I was at work when they delivered.

I am very grateful for this, as FNB has spared me all the inconvenience of standing in long lines, and waiting another 3 hours in line at the traffic department, just for them to tell me to come back tomorrow?

Very pleased and happy, and this type of experience makes me proud to be with FNB.

Thank you for ensuring that I am able to continue driving my car for the next year, will make use of this wonderful service every year, from now on, as long as it's available.
