Surprise bank charges

<p>Beware of the Money on Call account from FNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I opened one online and wasn't made aware that if you don't select the email option for bank statements they will automatically post them to you and charge you.</p> <p> </p> <p>That is like me saying "okay you didn't want to tell me to give you the free option I will assume you want to pay".</p> <p> </p> <p>Come on FNB you are better than this, and when I spoke to someone at the call centre, he was only able to change it to email, and not refund my fees they took...</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
