Surname change

I have been having a problem with my social grant because a dash was put between my double barrel surname as now the name and surname does not correspond to my ID and the grant is now due for suspension in two weeks. I have visited the branch however they have partly corrected the problem where my account confirmation letter is now correct without the dash but now my statements are not. I have contacted the complaint center with no ticket or response as yet as the matter is quite urgent.Should the matter not be sorted as soon as possible I will be closing the account where I receive my grant
