I once had a problem the ****s so FNB was quick to come to my rescue staff were very professional in dealing with my case and they gave me advises on what to do & be aware of the ****s. They know exactly what do do with you. They make you feel welcome as you wait to be called, no standing on long queues they have seats. I am glad to have account with FNB.
