Support is no help at all - disappointing service

Dear FNB,

As a long standing client with your company I would really have appreciated that when I get in touch with members from your team regarding information about a highly stressful situation on a document i urgently need that your team are clued up on information instead of pushing me off to the next department who knows even less about the questions I have.

Its extremely frustrating to get a straight answer from your support desk who firstly takes forever to answer me and then secondly tell me ‘they are not sure’ and shoos me on to the next number and next person who does the same.

I’m currently abroad and need assistance with information on a certain document that I wont be able to obtain in the next few weeks but urgently need to be helped with.

Can someone please get in touch with me that actually knows whats going on and how i can proceed my request please?
