Superstar SHAKTI Govender- A rose among many many thorns at FNB

After many weeks of dealing with many individuals, filing complaints that were not attended to and being bounced from pillar to post by pure laziness from her colleagues, SHAKTI GOVENDER from online banking was an absolute SUPERSTAR- not once but TWICE! She even followed up on issues I was having that had nothing to do with her department simply because the other departments did not bother to provide feedback to me.

Also, when she could not get hold of me- she did not send a ridiculous lazy email from a no-reply email box stating she tried to get a hold of me but was unsuccessful- instead, she actually had the sense to email from a mailbox she managed and stated that I could reply and let her know when would be a convenient time to call me. Just a sensible member of staff. #WIN- she is a keeper within the FNB family and a pure rose amongst many many countless thorns that they have working in customer service.

And she did not even want a review to be published on her behalf- however, no other FNB agent has been more deserving of praise!
