SUPERB service with a smile

<p>Having been an FNB client for the last 29 years, I have had my share of AMAZING and really challenging FNB staff. </p> <p>I want to commend Corinne Gellatly, Branch Manager of FNB Beacon Bay, who is a breathe of fresh air, a real delight, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter is too small or large for her, as she gives her clients personal attention, and truly cares for them.</p> <p>I know in this modern global village, so many times it is about speed and efficiency, but we forget that something special, that made the 'old days' of banking REALLY GREAT - the personal service from a manager who knew who you were, and knew about your family and business, not just that you happen to be a number.</p> <p>Corinne is the epitome of beauty, inside and out, and is one of the reasons that I have remained a loyal client of FNB for almost 3 decades. She exudes confidence, and goes out of her way to make her clients feel special and important. She is certainly one in a million, and is one of the real treasures in FNB. </p> <p>FNB, please recognise Corinne's amazing service and what she means to her clients. My accounts are there, because of Corinne caring about my business, family and I.</p>
