Superb service!!
Always a pleasure to deal with anyone at FNB’s call centre. They are efficient and trained well above the average in SA. Today was no different...I spoke to a lovely young lady Thsepiso Micheals, who actually remembered a call from me a month ago! J want to congratulate FNB on their staff procurement and the level of confidence I can have in my bank. You are truly a cut above the rest!
