I called into the call center to have assistance with my internet banking since it has been giving me a hassle, I got hold of Cindy and this lady's telephone etiquette is phenomenal. I would like to take this opportunity, to recognize one of your employees. She is one of a kind and she deserves to be recognized for her customer service and zeal to serve your clients. She is well spoken and patient, she takes time to understand and walk you through the processes.
