Super Slow opening business account

I opened a Business Account on 23 Feb 2022. The account is still not active and its 3 weeks later.

I opened the account and received and e,ail with documents I need to send which I did sent trough immediately. I also deposited R 200 in the account as instructed.

After 2 weeks I received an sms that I need to send additional documents. i also received an email that I need to send through 2 specific documents to them that they apparently sent in the original mail. I never received such documents.

I phoned and phoned to get the documents sent to me. I only received then 3 days later after 3 phone calls. Again I sent through the documents immediately.

Its again 3 days later and no answer. I phoned again only to hear that there is still documents outstanding. The last documents I sent does not even show received on their side.

Its 3 weeks after opening account.

I thought il choose FNB as it will be fast. 3 weeks is NOT fast
