Super slow and inefficient lazy consultants
I came into the branch FNB wood stock . Today .27.02.2023.to reset my password , but i need to get a new card to do so. I ddnt jave my card with me . It took 30 minutes for them to give me a number as they wont let us select on machine by ourselves . Waited another 1.10 before i jad to go back to work unassisted . The consultants take an hour with one person . The people at the desk are the same ones i found when i got there and when i decided to leave . Very dissapointed and unassisted Poor service , inefficient and slow

27 Feb 2023, 15:19Thank you , eventually I was assisted . The consultant a gentleman named Sisa or Siza , very nice apologetic about waiting time . Assured me of being serviced and I applaude him for putting me at ease and Doing what I have known FNB is good at- helping.
