Super Sad service!!!!!!!!!!

So with me also being an FNB client - I was super shocked at this one. My friend had ***** committed on her account at FNB and reported it and all a few months back. But to this day FNB has still not done anything to assist her. I am so shocked that I even am thinking of changing banks as how do you trust a bank that doesn't take ***** on an account seriously... Super sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
