Super helpful agent at Centurion branch

A big thank you to Jacques at FNB Centurion (Hendrik Verwoerd street branch, not the mall) for his patience and his time and effort. I visited the branch 3 times recently and he went out of his way to assist, even though I was having difficulty deciding which options I wanted to choose. Each time he was very helpful with looking for different options that could assist me with what I wanted to do, doing various calculations and explaining the pros and cons. I am not sure of his surname but I think it might be Malherbe?
