Super Efficient Miss Modise

I called in to get assistance with setting up my digital banking profile. By the way I had spoken to 4 other consultants between Friday to Tuesday and even went into a branch on Saturday and never got assisted with my issue until I spoke to super efficient and understanding consultant by th surname of Modise. She remained calm throughout the call no matter how frustrated I was and a tad bit of irate, she stayed on the line with my until I could 1stly create login details, right up until I was even able to add a recipient and send an ewallet. I love and appreciate such phenomenal service.

I think her name is Palesa or Boitumelo, forgive me for not remembering the name but it’s between those two names but I’m certain that her surname is Modise
