Super bad service FNB

I tried for two days to access my FNB app on a new phone. No luck ...... Then I phoned them. They said FNB Connect has a problem sending out OTP after that I tried secure chat and I phoned private banking line. STILL NO luck I have to make payments tomorrow and I told them so. They said to be patient. I have been patient for two days I will get fined if my payments is not on time and FNB will do what
