Summons for my business account overdraft facility

I settled my Business Account in full on the 29th November 2021 for an overdraft facility for my business account . I went and updated their system at the nearest FNB Branch and assumed all is well. This year beginning February, I was shocked to receive summons which were inserted in my small gate exposed (documents were not in an envelope)with confidential information.

Now my issue is, why am I even receiving summons for a paid up account? Who's is responsible for this mess and whose credit profile do these summons demean? Is it because I am Black and your Legal department doesn't know that I know my rights as a Person?

This is damaging at all levels and demand a Public Apology and would like to know how many times has this happened to those who do not know their legal rights?

I am seeking legal advise about this matter. I had to use my cellphone and spend my airtime to enquire about this . I am really disappointed by this .
