Suffer with FNB Credit Card Call Centre

Think my app is not right as I cannot open my cards for overseas travel on the app. I have a business account/cards. Try to call the call center, but they are useless. If your app is not working, they also cannot help you it seems.

As I am extremely busy at the moment, I now have to drive 54 km to the branch to try to sort out... Waste me whole morning which I cannot afford at all.

Can somebody of FNB please: call me and help me urgently?
