Suddnely Charging Bank charges for a pensioner

FNB, Suddenly charging bank charges for a pensioner. When I phoned them, they told me that I need to visit the bank. Meaning sit in a line for an hour or more to tell them that they are not doing their job. Need to spend money to get to the bank. This is pathetic. Do your job, then we do not have to be as irritable with you as we are with the government. You are moving in the same direction...downwards.
