I'm disgusted by the way your agent put you from pillar to post. I called at 12h00 today SA TIME, the first consultant was helpful and her name is Nontobeko sphiwe, but the rest are bunch of !!!! don't even know what to call them. to get statement It takes an hour, I use my money to call of which you are still going to charge me for the statement. I spoke to Dumisani who purposefully put me on hold and said he is unable to access the statement. Then Songezo Quita acted as if he is helping, after few minutes he says he cant help. IM STILL ON THE LINE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ASSIST. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They cant even give you their supervisor name...almost an hour for such a thing. Please attend to this urgently and I need all recording to be listed to. your staff are full of beansssssss!!!! I called ***.....
