Such horrible horrible service and my credit profile is suffering due to FNB.

I had a temp loan with FNB over 5years ago which I had paid. I havent been an FNB client since 2017. Suddenly the temp loan appears on my credit report as unpaid and this is negatively affecting my score. I have been calling FNB and just keep being sent from post to pillar with no real assistance. I was hoping to resolve this over the phone but their services were so useless. Now i have to resort to hello peter with the hope that I will get a call from the relevant department that can assist with this matter.
