I went to the trade route mall branch last week for assistance with opening an Estate late account. I must say that I am grateful to have been assisted by Livhuwani, she is professional,friendly and very efficient. I had to wait for verification to be done before the account could be opened and Livhuwani communicated the whole time to keep me updated. It is such service that makes one stay with FNB.
