Such bad service

FNB Service left a bad taste in my mouth. So disappointed ☹️. I help underprivileged children in the afternoon. I ordered Christmas gift bag for the year end function for the children. I ordered via Temu. The order went through with no problem. I later received a message from the courier that the parcel is on its way. I needed to pay R18.25. I was so excited that everything is running so smoothly, then the deviation. I paid the courier and after I approved the payment that I saw R2600.00 went off. I immediately cancelled my card. I got hold of the courier company. The courier company was The courier guy. The told me the ****mer used there Logo and that they don't send messages to clients the way I received. I couldn't sleep as I am a pensioner and lost everything that evening. I could not pay rent and my daily expenses. I went to the bank the next morning. I saw a FNB Consultant. He was just sitting there not interested at all. He never opened his Laptop once. I told him the money is still pending in my account, but his face was blank. He told me to go home and wait for my dispute results. I told him, its going to be difficult, he said I should borrow money from someone. I few weeks later I received a call from the ***** department. He asked 2 Questions. I tried to tell him my story. Once again another gentleman was not interested. He said I will get an email within 24 to 48 our, once again a disappointment. I waited 6 days. I received an email and it said my dispute was declined. I am responsible for making the payment, but I am not responsible for the ****. I know I'm not going to get my money back, I've learnt a lesson, but for FNB telling me they investigated and basically telling me about the mistakes I made. Given me tip's on want not to do. Well be careful that you don't get ****med as FNB is not there to assist. Eeswaran Owen Jackson
