Such a waste of time 🤯🤬
This is such a waste of clients time.🙄🤬. Came to deposit but obviously we do our deposits at the ATM now. So my money needed some change but the crazy part was that I still had to be on the queue 🤬🤬for almost 25min. Then after that go do your deposit. Such an inconvenience 🤯🤯. Can someone do something about this because it’s such a waste of time 🤬🤬.

20 Jul 2024, 06:01I’ve received a call from the branch manager at Ilanga mall FBN and I must say the guy was very rude, loud and very condescending. He even asked me which bank as I banking with? He blatantly told me that next time I should make sure I make change or send the money to my friend the way it is and my friend will reimburse me because that’s how FNB works. His tone was soo disgusting 🤮 🤮🤮🤮. I will make sure never to set my foot at the Ilanga mall branch and will avoid it the best way I can.. 🤬🤬
