Substandard service from Fnb

I have never received such terrible service from Fnb and this made me realise they are just another bank. Ordered my card on the 05th Nov 2021 and i was charged got an sms on the 08th Nov 2021 saying the card will be delivered today 10 Nov 2021 by their takealot team before 5pm but i am still waiting. Now their takealot team says the card has not even arrived at the depot in my area. Like what substandard service is this FNB? Poor poor poor , below par. To think i planned my day around this. To think that i have another pending query with their ***** department now this. You can do better.
