Substandard and unprofessional support

Good day, I have a one-account and wanted to get a settlement amount to no avail. When I call I am transferred forwards and backwards between departments just to hear I need to speak to the very same department that transferred met to them. Today after 21 minutes I ended with no assistance different numbers ***, ***, ***, ***. This is absurd and definitely not professional support.
