***** subscriptions

Having frustrating with fnb there is ***** going on on my account from googlereelshort and others that was not authorised by me I tried to call fnb since this morning they transferred me to ***** department I was told my call will be transferred to dispute department in order the charges to reversed after that I found the lady by name Kamba told me they only deal with debit order reversal as my case was on the card they can’t help me , Iwas transferred to subscription department where I found Dimakatso Mokoena she said the only people will help me would be ***** department .remember I started from ***** department no one want to help am not sure to solve this issue do I have to close fnb account or should I remain on this skipping rope how come fnb hire people who can’t help us am so ****ed off
