Subscription

I subscribed to a CV service at the beginning of the month, I had a 14 day trial and I canceled before it ended. The merchant didn't process my cancelation and my account got charged, I filed a dispute through the app with FNB. I still don't have my money back to my account, I need FNB to reverse this charge
