Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the Owner and Director of Khoza Agri Hub and Tunnel Installation. I recently visited your Reeds branch to request the closure of our business account due to a change in directorship.

Please note:

The previous director was officially removed from the company and is no longer listed on CIPC records.

Despite my request at the branch, the account remains open, and this has allowed the former director to withdraw funds deposited by clients who were unaware of our new banking details.

This situation is causing serious financial loss and reputational damage to my business.

I hereby request the following immediate actions: ✅ Close the FNB business account linked to Khoza Agri Hub and Tunnel Installation with immediate effect, OR ✅ Update the account profile to reflect the current directors as per the attached CIPC company records.

This matter is urgent. If this is not resolved within 5 working days, I will have no choice but to:

Report the matter to the Banking Ombudsman, and

Take legal action to recover funds and hold FNB accountable for negligence.

Please confirm in writing once the account has been closed or updated.
