Subject: Urgent Follow-Up: Request to Remove Adverse Listing – FNB Home Loan
Dear FNB Home Loans / Collections Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding the removal of the adverse "Handed Over" listing on my credit profile with Experian and TransUnion, related to our FNB home loan account.
Following FNB’s previous communication, I was advised that the adverse listing could only be removed once the outstanding legal fees had been settled. I am pleased to confirm that all legal fees have now been fully paid. Given that:
The home loan account is now fully up to date and in good standing,
The arrears have been cleared, and
The legal fees have been paid in full,
I kindly and urgently request that FNB now submit an official update to both Experian and TransUnion to reflect the current status of our account and remove the adverse listing.
This listing is negatively affecting our ability to access credit despite the matter being fully resolved. Your prompt assistance in updating the records will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards, Tabudi *****ya
