Subject: Unfair Termination of Long-standing Accounts by FNB

I have been a loyal FNB customer for nearly a decade, diligently building my credit since high school. With a credit score of 703, I have utilized FNB’s services to grow my businesses, taking out loans for my vehicle and home, and relying heavily on my FNB accounts for both personal and business transactions.

To my shock and dismay, FNB has suddenly decided to terminate all my accounts and demand immediate repayment of my credit, without providing a clear reason or offering any pathway for resolution. This abrupt decision has jeopardized my businesses, as I use these accounts to pay suppliers and manage my largest source of credit.

When I reached out to understand the situation, I was informed that the decision was due to the nature of my business and the receipt of funds from Valr. Despite offering to provide any necessary documentation and agreeing to cease any crypto-related transactions through FNB, my efforts were dismissed. It seems FNB is determined to close all accounts associated with my name for life, effectively banning me from the bank I've trusted my entire adult life.

This decision is incredibly unfair, especially considering my commitment to maintaining a strong credit record and my willingness to comply with any conditions to keep my accounts open. At just 25 years old, being banned from the bank I’ve re**** on for so long, without any recourse or method to rectify the situation, is not only unjust but also crippling to my financial stability and business operations.

I implore FNB to reconsider this drastic action and provide a fair opportunity for me to address their concerns. The trust and loyalty I have shown over the years deserve at least a chance to maintain my accounts and continue growing my businesses.
