SUBJECT FNB

The banking system of FNB powerful, i wont fight that. the only thing i am concerned about is their terrifying customer service,, in APRIL logged a issue with them about THE DECLINED PURCH TRA 41257*** ON MY ACCOUNT RESULTING IN HIGH BANK FEES R250??? and ''they said its my purchase fees'' PURCHASE FEES OF WHAT? It even doesn't show purchase of what, it doesn't appear on my bank statement. and its doing it everyday. @HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP ME EXPLODE THIS CRISIS ON ME, ABOUT FNB.
