Stupidity of the highest order

Here we go again This lot are the height of stupidity I complained about them sending me incorrect insufficient funds for debit order alerts So instead of investigating what the problem is they cancel my insufficient funds for debit order alerts Now how can this make sense to anybody with even half a brain cell Stupidity is amazing. This lot should go work for eskom Best part is i get told to contact ***** division when i told them there something ***** going on with my account.
