Stupidity of a service

Since when is the withdrawal is 10.50 I normally get my money as it is , to my surprise today from my 100 I only got 50 cause this 10.50 withdraw fee, what a f is this it's like y'all don't know there's other banks with better services can son somebody explain when this stupidity was instituted onsensical.
