Stupidity at FNB: Paying credit card in advance equals card in arrears???

I really don't understand what the hell is going on at FNB. Every month I have to go through the same thing with them. I pay my minimum due BEFORE the due date and yet the credit card is in arrears according to them. FNB logic is that because I don't wait until the due date, the payment doesn't count as an instalment and thus the account is in arrears? REALLY? What logic is that? They received payments every month so how can I be in arrears? NOBODY at FNB can answer this! I again pointed out that somehow something went wrong at FNB. I pay every month before the due date and somewhere in May 2025, my statement shows I'm in arrears DESPITE receiving a double payment. Every month the same thing.

Here's my previous review of the same issue that still remains unresolved. https://www.hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/reviews/paying-your-fnb-credit-card-before-the-due-date-credit-card-to-become-in-arrears-***

fnb KEEPS saying they will provide feedback, but other than the response on Hellopeter, nothing is being done. They don't look into the fact that I pay every month and somehow, they say I'm in arrears, but CAN"T tell me which payment they didn't receive. Utterly useless
