Stupidity and incompetence reigns

I am really getting irritated with FNB now. I am just having problems on problems. Now I get a messgae stating that my covid loan will be debited on the 15th, my salary date. Where the hell did they get this incorrect information. I have told my useless private banker (who still has not solved my previous queries) numerous times that I have changed jobs and that my salary dat changed. In any case I have never received my salary on the 15th. What is wrong with this useless bank? Stupidity and incompetence reigns.
